With over a decade of experience in audit, controlling, financial management and consulting, I support organizations in achieving operational excellence. I take on roles within controlling, internal and external reporting, finance optimization processes and as finance manager or CFO. My approach emphasizes collaboration, fostering innovative solutions and aligning financial functions with broader organizational goals.

In my previous role as Group Finance Manager at Mobile Industrial Robots, I played a key role in internal and external financial reporting, process optimization, and implementing new system infrastructures. I contributed to building a high performing finance function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with local regulatory- and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements as well as providing business insights. I enabled data-driven decision making and streamlined reporting processes. Through overview and structure my aim is to use relevant systems, tools and AI to work smarter, not harder.
